Melissa Mahan leads Guardian Pharmacy of Orlando’s pharmacy operations, with responsibility for our customers serviced out of Orlando. She passionately supports the company’s ongoing mission to provide exceptional customized service to our partner communities so that they can focus on the comfort, safety and quality of life of their residents.
In her previous role with CVS Health, she served as district leader in the local market. Mahan was responsible for the company’s involvement in making community healthcare accessible and affordable. This included a significant focus on team development and program execution. Being with CVS for more than 20 years, Melissa inherently understands that the customer is the single most valuable asset to an organization and is driven by the unrelenting pursuit of customer satisfaction.
Mahan holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisiana and a doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Florida.
Outside of caring for her customers and associates alike, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband of many years, their six children and three dogs. Some hobbies they all share are reading, cooking, playing soccer and spending time on a pontoon boat.
