Frances Tindall-Cineus
Guardian SEFL is proud to announce Frances Tindall-Cineus, collections specialist in the billing department, was named the 2020 CFS National Staffing Employee of the Year!
When her CFS position was reassigned to Nashville, Frances was assigned to a four-month temporary position with Guardian. As you can see, she is now a full-time employee in the billing department.
“Out of the gate, Frances was ready, and just got right to work,” said department team lead Kenya Pratt. “She has a great personality, she is easy to work with, very dependable, very positive – she encompasses all of the qualities you would want in an employee.”
When the Covid-19 pandemic swept the nation in March, many of our employees needed to work remotely. During that time, Frances never wavered, continuing to work from the office, remaining committed to her role and serving our customers. She has consistently showed incredible fortitude and flexibility during her time with us.
We congratulate Frances, our friend and colleague, on this most deserved recognition.
