To meet the needs of our residents, Guardian Pharmacy of Northwest Florida often hosts a family night event at the communities we serve. For example, Bobby Dunn, president and owner, and Ali Wiggins, account manager, recently spoke with the residents and their family members at Superior Residences of Niceville, Florida.
The purpose of family night is to be able to share more information about Guardian’s programs and services. These in-person events give the pharmacy and the facility staff an opportunity to answer questions about a variety of topics, including insurance processes and resident care. Residents and their families are also able to voice any concerns or issues they might have and feel confident that our pharmacy has a solution. Additionally, family nights help make the transition from one pharmacy provider to another a more seamless experience.
