Guardian Pharmacy of Southeast Florida invited EJ Healey and their new director of nursing, Gina Moorman, to a quarterly CQI (Continuing Quality Improvement) meeting and tour of the new Guardian SEFL pharmacy in Deerfield Beach. With this new facility, Guardian SEFL has expanded its service area to now include long-term care, skilled nursing and assisted living communities in the region from Miami to Vero Beach and westward to Naples.
The new facility accommodates the pharmacy’s redesigned workflow around automation. From multi-dose and unit-dose compliance packaging machines to barcode tracking of medications, these technological innovations ensure accuracy, improve customer communication and lower costs. With the help of these cutting-edge tools, the pharmacy’s seasoned team can further provide the excellent, personalized service that its customers have come to expect.
