To end 2014 on a great note, Guardian Pharmacy of Tampa celebrated the season by giving back to the community.
One program we participated in was Elves for Elders, which provides gifts for the elderly aren’t able to spend the holidays with loved ones. We received the names of two seniors along with a list of requested items. We were able to provide them with many great gifts including clothing, personal hygiene products, blankets, stuffed animals, crafts, books, stationary, cookies and more.
Additionally, we partnered with United Way to provide gifts for a family with two children. With the help of our generous employees, we were able to give the children everything on their Christmas wish list, plus a bit more!
