Guardian Pharmacy of Southeast Florida would like to welcome Assura Chauhan, RN, to the team. Assura is the pharmacy’s new director of education and compliance, whose focus will be on process improvement across the communities we serve.
Her new role entails many duties, including:
- Building and sustaining relationships with communities
- Training residents and community staff and providing continuing education
- Acting as a liaison between the pharmacy and communities in order to identify and recommend best practices
- Serving as an outlet to identify areas of opportunities in internal and external processes in order to facilitate a smooth, team-oriented relationship across the board
Assura was born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, New York, and currently resides in Northwest Broward County with her two boys. Her work experience includes 19 years of superior customer service experience with companies such as American Express, Paramount Companies, Experia and Broward Health.
