In the summer of 2011, Guardian Pharmacy of NWFL opened with a staff of only one or two team members in each department. Now, we have grown into one of the leading long-term care pharmacies in the Florida Panhandle with a large number of employees who work daily toward providing better service to our customers.
The rapid expansion of our pharmacy is exciting and has had great impact on the overall morale of our staff. It’s encouraged us to create a positive, team centered approach to each work day.
One of our most recent team efforts was the creation of a Guardian T-shirt for everyone to wear on Casual Friday. The front of the shirt has our Guardian logo on it, and the back has a slogan that reads, “United we stand. Together we fill.” The shirt is a symbol of the pride we have in what we do and it motivates us as a team to provide personalized attention and superior quality of care to the residents we serve.
We look forward to continuing to grow together – not only within our organization but within the community.
