To better engage and interact with our customers, Guardian Pharmacy of Northwest Florida often hosts ice cream socials at our communities. President and Owner Bobby Dunn and Ali Wiggins, director of sales and marketing, recently spoke with the residents and their family members at both Beehive Homes of Niceville and Lynn Haven.
The purpose of the event is to share information about Guardian’s programs and services. These in-person gatherings give the pharmacy and the facility staff an opportunity to answer questions about a variety of topics, including insurance processes and resident care. Residents and their families are also able to voice any concerns or issues they might have and feel confident that our pharmacy has a solution. Additionally, these events help make the transition from one pharmacy provider to another a more seamless experience.
We want to thank Steve and Leslie Walker with Beehive Homes for allowing us to be a part of their community activities and for allowing us to meet their residents and loved ones.
