Guardian Pharmacy of Jacksonville welcomed Jessica Ross as the newest Director of Sales and Marketing in December 2020.
Jessica graduated from the University of North Florida where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She gained customer service experience working for an independently owned local hospitality group, Gate Hospitality. For almost a decade, Jessica served as the event manager and assistant director of catering for the five-diamond resort, overseeing three properties. This experience allowed her to work with many different families, organizations and non-profit groups, and she knew she wanted her next role to be a position focused on helping others. It was then that Jessica entered the senior living and long-term care industry as a sales representative for a local hospice provider. Jessica most recently worked at one of our local communities where she served as the sales director for two years. Jessica’s experience aiding families as they transition from their homes to communities, as well as her love of marketing and hospitality, makes her a perfect fit for our Guardian Pharmacy family! She is a well-rounded individual in the senior living industry and is eager to continue growing her professional prowess as she transitions into the pharmacy space.
